Past North American Agroforestry Conferences abstracts and manuscripts
The first North American Agroforestry Conference (NAAC) was held in 1989 in Guelph, Canada. Since 1989 NAAC conferences have been conducted every
other year at various locations in the USA and Canada under the auspices of the Association For Temperate Agroforestry (AFTA). The conference is
"a major scientific forum for those involved in agroforestry research, extension and application in the US, Canada and overseas". The website
contains proceedings of recent NAACs and we are in the process of archiving all proceedings in the near future.
Elderberry Symposium Proceedings:
Contains abstracts of the presentations from the First International Symposium on Elderberry. This was the world's first
gathering of international scientists studying all aspects of the elderberry plant and fruit, and its use as a food and dietary
supplement. The Symposium was organized under the auspices of the International Society for Horticultural Science. Research papers
resulting from the Symposium will be published in Acta Horticulturae.
